EPUB to PDF
The tool opens an EPUB book in your browser, reads the chapters in order and lays them out as a PDF with real text that can be selected and searched. Headings, bold, italics, images and the cover are kept, and the book's table of contents becomes PDF bookmarks. You choose the page size, font size and margins. The book never leaves your device.

Frequently asked questions
Will the PDF look the same as in my reader?
Text, headings, bold, italics, alignment, images and chapter breaks carry over from the book. The book's fonts are replaced by Liberation Sans, and tables are laid out as rows of text. An EPUB has no fixed pages, so the PDF gets its own page breaks from the page and font size you choose.
Which page size should I choose?
A5 is closest to an ebook and suits tablets and booklet printing. A4 and Letter fit a home printer, and 6 × 9 in is a common printed book size.
Does it work with DRM protected books?
No. Books bought with DRM protection are encrypted and their text cannot be read. The tool tells you when a book is protected.
Are accented letters kept?
Yes. The PDF gets an embedded font with every Latin, Cyrillic and Greek letter. A character the font lacks, for example from Chinese script, becomes a question mark, and the tool tells you how many there are.
Can I convert a MOBI or AZW book?
No, the tool reads EPUB only. Save a Kindle book without DRM protection as EPUB first in the free Calibre program.
