How do I make a smaller GIF?
Lower the width and number of colours. A 480 pixel wide GIF with 128 colours is usually small enough for messages.
What if the images have different sizes?
All of them fit into the frame of the first image. Whole image adds a background, and Fill the frame crops the edges.
