Frequently asked questions
Which codes does the tool read?
EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, UPC-E, Code 128, Code 39, ITF, Codabar, plus QR codes and Data Matrix.
Why was no code found?
The code should be sharp, straight and fill a good part of the image. A blurry, tilted or tiny code often cannot be read. Take the picture closer and in better light.
Can I scan several codes at once?
Yes, you can add up to 20 images at once and get a result for each one.
What do I get from an EAN code?
You get the number stored in the code. The product name and price are not stored in the barcode, so the tool does not show them.
