Frequently asked questions
Can I change the existing text in a PDF?
Existing text is not rewritten directly. Cover it with a white strip and type new text over it, or convert the document with PDF to Word.
Does the white strip delete the text underneath?
No. The strip only covers the text, which still exists in the file. For confidential data, save the edited PDF, convert it with PDF to PNG, then turn the images back into a PDF with PNG to PDF.
Does the text support special characters?
Yes. Text is written in Liberation Sans, which covers č, ć, đ, š, ž and other Latin letters, and the font is embedded in the PDF.
Can I add a signature?
Yes. Choose Image or signature and add a photo or PNG of your signature. To draw a signature directly, use Sign PDF.
